PICO1 Usage Instructions

Use begins with a line filled out when a phone order is received. After completion, copies two (pink), three (yellow), and four (white) are detached.
Copy two is given to the cook for preparation.
Copies three and four are affixed to the appropriate box when ready by moistening the back of copy four which is dry gummed.
Copy three is removed by the delivery person while copy four remains on the food container. In most operations, copy three is returned along with the money by the driver.
The bottom portion of the first copy is used to calculate totals, assist in tracking orders and sales dollars, and serves as the store’s master copy for auditing purposes.
